What payment methods can I use?

We accept payment by Paypal or ATM.

What happens in case of stock rupture?

In case of stock rupture youwill be informed and we will reimburse the amount. If the payment was made by PayPal the return will be made by the same route. In case the payment has been made via ATM the refund will be made bybank transfer, after contacting our services.

If I am not satisfied with my order, can I exchange or return?

Within 15 days (from the date of receipt of the order) and if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can exchange or return the purchased products. In case of missing any component or if the product is not in excellent condition, Styliano Jewellery will not reimburse and the product will be returned.

How can I get the invoice?

Invoices will be sent by email after the order has been shipped. If you want to receive the paper invoice, indicate it in the observations field when placing your order.

Are the prices of the online store the same as in the street store?

Prices might be differente depending on several factors.
