Delivery Methods

Styliano Jewelery sends orders to customers around the world. Delivery times might vary depending on the customer's geographic location. At Styliano Jewelery, all jewelery is manufactured after ordering, and delivered to the indicated address about 15 working days after confirmed payment. The carriers with whom we have protocols deliver Monday to Friday, between 8am and 6pm, at the address you wish.

Delivery times are merely indicative and may be extended if there are physical or structural constraints (eg. incorrect addresses or late charges).

Carriers do not deliver on holidays and/or weekends, nor it is possible to choose a specific time of delivery.

Once your order has been sent, and if you have given us your e-mail, you will receive a code so that you can find your order on the carrier's website. If you have trouble locating your order, please contact our customer support.

Minimum order and delivery values:
If the customer makes a purchase of less than €150, the cost of transport is €5. Above €150 purchases, the shipping cost is fully supported by Styliano Jewelery.
These conditions are an exclusive for non-professionals customers.

Difficulty in delivering:
If the carrier is unable to deliver the order, it will retry the next day or contact the customer to reschedule the delivery.

Resend of returned orders:
When an order is returned to Styliano Jewelery due to the responsibility of the customer and it is requested to resend it or to send a new one, an additional fee of €5 is required so that we can process the new order. This fee must be paid by bank transfer, and proof of payment must be sent to our customer service. The number of the returned order and the name of the first account holder, from which the bank transfer was made, must also be included.

Trades/Returns

All Styliano Jewellery products have 2 year warranty. Any claim that does not involve warranty of the product must be carried out within a maximum period of 15 days.

We only accept returns of complete products and inside of its original package. Packaging and products damaged, altered, scratched or incomplete will not be accepted nor any refund will be made of the same ones that are presented under the aforementioned conditions. If the customer wishes to retrieve a previously returned item, he must bear the shipping costs again.

To exercise your right of return, please contact our customer service department, indicating the reference number of the product you wish to return and the reasons. Customer service is available Monday through Friday, from 9am to 6pm.

Cancellation:

Once an order has been completed, it can only be canceled through customer support, whose contact should be made as soon as possible. Once expelled, the order can not be canceled.

Returns of orders / products:

Styliano Jewelery reserves the right to choose how to collect the product. The customer must keep the product in perfect condition until it is collected. The collection is free if the reason for the return is our responsibility. Otherwise, the cost of the collection, which corresponds to €5, will be deducted from the amount of the refund.

Stock rupture:

In case of stock rupture, our customer service department will contact the client. The client can then exchange the product with a similar one or, if he does not want it, he will be entitled to a credit note or the return of the amount paid, by bank transfer.
